ALIAS ‘LA GRINGA’ Cine Latino

Director Alberto Durant and renowned cinematographer Mario Garcia Joya have created a riveting adventure thriller in the tradition of Papi/Ion. An escaped convict called La Gringa is sent to an island prison where his life is threatened by an old enemy who is egged on by the warden. An intellectual known as the Professor, imprisoned for terrorist activities, saves his life and a strong friendship forms. La Gringa eventually manages to escape, but he makes the courageous decision to return to the island to help his friend.
