Mark Rappaport’s (From the Journals of Jean Seberg) unique film using the actual background scenes and rear screen process plates from Warner Bros. films from the early 30’s to the early 50’s, in which a young man travels in time to try to find out about the grandfather he never knew, a Philip Marlowe type detective who wrote pulp fiction novels which were made into films.
