SIX DAYS IN ROSWELL documents the hilarious pilgrimage of UFO enthusiast Richard Kronfeld to Roswell, New Mexico for the 50th anniversary of the infamous (and alleged) Roswell UFO crash. Leaving Minneapolis for the first time in his life, Kronfeld undertakes his journey obsessed with finding answers – even hoping to pick up tips on how to be abducted! Along the way, he shacks up in a local Roswellian’s camper, gets the “flying saucer haircut special,” and hits every event in town. His research uncovers such important and mindblowing theories as, “It’s incredible because, what might have happened, might have happened… ” What Richard ends up with – a kooky array of interviews and encounters with the fanatic-like extraterrestrial following gathered in celebration – may not be “the truth,” but it is undeniably memorable, as is the man at the heart of Timothy B. Johnson’s endearing and entertaining film.
