In this comic tale, The Marcus Bros. provide an always honest and often hilarious look at lost youth and found love. When James was 4, his Grammy told him the family curse: “We’re doomed in love. The men leave, and the women go crazy.”

On one magical snow day in his senior year of high school, James meets Sarah. From the moment he touches her flat head, they’re linked for life. Unfortunately, the “family curse” comes true. Years later, our former young lovers are isolated Manhattanites. Sarah sleeps with her beeper, and James goes to “open mike therapy” ·at a local nightclub. As Sarah plans her wedding to someone else, James prays for an “adult snow day” and a second chance at first love.
