With a nod to THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, writer/director Christian Alvart pits a brutal serial killer against a small town cop in this psychological thriller that tests the limits of even the most agile imagination.

Serial killer Gabriel Engel is captured after a spectacular failure to elude police. He immediately discloses the grisly details of the rape and murder of 13 young boys. Michael Martens, a part-time village policeman and farmer, has caused a furor among the citizenry over his investigation into the murder of a local girl. He travels to the city to question Engel in hopes of finally dosing the case. Engel insists he had nothing to do with the girl’s killing but knows who did. From that moment on, the psychotic killer and righteous cop ore locked in a puzzling mind game. For Engel, it is one more opportunity to wreak havoc even while confined to a wheelchair and a prison cell. For Michael, it will test his way of life and shake his belief system to the core.

Alvart’s characters embody the epitome of good and evil with all the intensity of an impending train wreck in which someone is bound to get hurt. There are some infections from which there is no protection.
