Description

Twenty-six directors. Twenty-six ways to die. From producers Ant Timpson and Tim League comes this assemblage of 25 of the best-known genre directors from around the world (and one lucky contest winner). Each filmmaker was given a letter of the alphabet and told to make a short film in their signature style, and to come up with something deadly, horrific or just downright disturbing. The resulting shorts range from self-aware American meta-fiction to Japanese fetish films and everything in between. This is horror served up in bite-sized portions, an omnibus harkening back to the classic horror story collections so many of us grew up reading. At times perverse, brilliant and unsettling THE ABC’S OF DEATH will give you 26 reasons not to sleep tonight.
