Description

As summer progresses, the bodies of inseparable best friends start to morph and shift as puberty interrupts their bond.

Bios

Nienke Deutz is a Dutch director and artist currently living and working in Rotterdam. In 2010, she received her Bachelor in the Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht, before moving to Ghent, Belgium, and graduating with a master’s in animation at KASK. Her graduation film 1,2,3, PIANO! was awarded a Wildcard from the Flanders Audiovisual Fund, and her work has been shown in festivals and museums around Europe.
