Güzin Kar is an award-winning Swiss screenwriter and film director and a graduate of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg, Germany. She also writes books, columns and stage plays and is a member of the Swiss Film Academy. Güzin Kar lives in Zurich.
