A husband and wife own an Odong-Odong at the carnival together, spending their days entertaining and taking care of other people’s children without any of their own. Between meddling relatives, self-doubt and an explosive confrontation, they uncover why they have not been blessed with a child.

Bios

Khozy Rizal is based in Indonesia. He started making films in 2021 with the film MAKASSAR, an official selection at the Sundance Film Festival, BFI Flare and many other festivals. In 2023, he directed BASRI & SALMA IN A NEVER-ENDING COMEDY, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
