THE 6TH AMENDMENT
BiosBios Elika Portnoy is a director, producer and actress. In 2008, she founded the production company Mutressa. Since then, she has produced 10 feature films, including LOVE IS STRANGE (2014), THE VOICES (2014) and BEASTS OF NO NATION (2015). Her directorial debut, THE 6TH AMENDMENT, premiered at the Woods Hole Film Festival.
