Dolores, a young and attractive newlywed,
lives a rather isolated existence in an
old, downtown Mexico City apartment
which she shares with her businessman
husband. Her quiet existence is turned into
a nightmare when her friend and neighbor
from across the hall is mysteriously murdered.
Drawn to solve the mystery for reasons
she herself cannot understand, she is
plunged into a bizarre and powerful conspiracy
of witchcraft that brings her face to
face with supernatural creatures and
forces her to confront her relationship with
her husband-and herself.
