young man who, when victimized by the incompetence
and injustice of the bureaucracy, puts together a band of
anarchist musicians to impersonate the police and wreak
havoc on the city. Hilariously tongue-in-cheek, this lowbudget
farce manages to incorporate all our retaliation
fantasies into a tightly constructed little package.
