Bios

Born in Romania in 1991, Roxana Stroe studied film directing at the National University of Theatre and Cinema in Bucharest. She has written and directed a documentary and several short films, including PERENNIAL PLANTS (2013) and BLACK FRIDAY (2015). Developed around a theatrical mise-en-scène, her films present the tragicomic in a slightly absurd manner.
