Description

A lonely woman in war-torn Sarajevo embarks on a journey to find water, and neither her neighbors nor sniper fire can stop her.

Bios

Filmmaker István Kovács’s film THE SOUND OF CONCRETE screened at more than 30 international film festivals, winning several awards. He studied in the MA directing class at SZFE, with Ildikó Enyedi (ON BODY AND SOUL) as his head teacher. His graduate film A SIEGE won a Student Academy Award in 2018.
