Description

In a city that houses millions, Smita discovers a strange prerequisite for renting a house in middle-class Mumbai. She would make an ideal tenant, except for one glaring flaw — she is an Indian woman without a husband.

Bios

Reema Sengupta is an international award-winning director, writer and editor based in Mumbai. She has directed narrative films, music videos, commercials and interactive video installations across India, UK, South Korea and the U.S. Her recent short film COUNTERFEIT KUNKOO premiered at Sundance 2018 and has won 19 international awards and counting.
