Katrelle N. Kindred (AFI Directing Workshop for Women, Class of 2018) is a native of South Los Angeles and an award-winning director, writer and producer. Her writing/directing work includes SON SHINE, CALIGINOSITY and WAR PAINT. Kindred continues to create honest stories focusing on the political and social issues about people who are too often left out from mainstream media.
