Following the program, AFI Festivals Programmer Eric Moore leads a conversation between filmmakers Jamil McGinnis and Pat Heywood (GRAMERCY), Helki Frantzen (L.A. ROLL), Carla Simón and Dominga Sotomayor (CORRESPONDENCIA), Santiago Barzi (CHINESE WALL).

A young New Jersey native returns to his hometown where his ongoing battle with depression becomes a poetic exploration of brotherhood and personal struggle.

Jamil McGinnis and Pat Heywood are a writing-directing team based in Brooklyn, New York. Their work together has been featured on Variety, PBS, NOWNESS, TIDAL and NPR, and their films have been official selections of the Locarno Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival, New Orleans Film Festival and Rhode Island International Festival.
