In Bogota, a bird-girl leaves behind the family home, her domineering mother and a faithful dog to go and explore her sexuality.

Bios

Carla Melo Gampert is a visual artist who graduated from the Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá) and the Film program at Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Buenos Aires). Her graduate short POR AHORA UN CUENTO was presented at the Annecy Festival among others. In LA PERRA, she continues her exploration about body and femininity.
