Other kids at the park never ask Dong-Dong to play, but he’s fine playing alone. When he accidentally buys a bag of colorful, marble-shaped candies, he gains the ability to hear voices.

Bios

Daisuke Nishio joined Toei Animation in 1981 and has collaborated with famous Japanese manga artist Matsumoto, Leiji in Daft Punk’s “One More Time” music video and the INTERSTELLA 5555 animation. After becoming one of Japan’s top animators, Nishio unexpectedly suffered a long-term illness. After a 10-year hiatus, he has returned.
